1. LOG ON TO: www.transact.bccs3.com
(Click bulk sms recharge and type your username and password)
2. Click address book on the top page.
3. Click manage distribution list on your left hand side.
4. Type the desired name to save the phone numbers and click the manage distribution list. Please any where you see something like ‘resend’ ------Just click on it.
5. Click on the name you used in saving the phone numbers. Please any where you see something like ‘resend’ ------Just click on it.
6. Click on modify and it will open IMPORT PHONE NUMBERS.
7. Copy and paste the phone numbers from your notepad to the area to import.
8. Click on import.
9. Go to send sms and click group sms.
10. Click on address book and select the name used in saving the phone numbers.
11. Type your message.
12. Programme the message or leave it if the message is for today.
13. Click on the Greenwich Time - West Africa Zone.
14. Select your desired date for the bulk sms e.g. today -21st may, 2011 and if you want the message to be delivered tomorrow - just select the date i.e. 22nd may, 2011
15. On your left hand side click the inside box to only programme the date for a future period but if the message is for today, do not bother to click the inside box.
